Martin W. Rauch, Jr., 40, has a multitude of experience in developing, leading and managing successful businesses.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Rauch has founded and directed a number of successful companies in a variety of endeavors. Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Financial Group of Companies, Inc., an international investment banking firm with sales in excess of $40 million. He served as the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, a public/private partnership which provides annual assistance for the development of affordable housing to the citizens of Florida.
Mr. Rauch also garnered valuable international business experience as founder and managing director of Microdevices Italia, an international telecommunications company specializing in "callback" services (section 214 FCC). He founded Rauch Realty, Inc., in 1988 and served as its President/CEO for 11 years. Rauch Realty, Inc., is a full service real estate and mortgage brokerage firm. Mr. Rauch began his career as President/CEO and founder of Athletics International, Inc., a sports management company representing professional athletes. Mr. Rauch received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1986 and went on to earn his MBA from Nova University.
